An opportunity is available for skilled Speech Language Pathologists (CCC) to provide essential services within K-12 public schools in the Baltimore, MD area. These contract roles focus on delivering speech and language services to preschool, elementary, and middle school students, beginning early January 2026 with potential for extension into the extended school year in July.
Locations and Assignments- Community Preschools (itinerant, driving to multiple sites) serving preschool students five days per week
- Magnolia Elementary (3 days/week) and Prospect Mill Elementary (2 days/week), focusing on PreK to 5th-grade students
- Aberdeen Middle School (4-5 days/week), supporting students in grades 6 to 8 and supervising an SLP Assistant
- Two full-time positions averaging 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- One part-time position at 30 hours per week, Monday through Thursday, with option for full 5-day coverage
- Conduct speech-language evaluations and deliver individualized therapy to a diverse student population
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student communication development
- Supervise SLP Assistants to ensure compliance with service plans and professional standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district credentialing and background check requirements
- Active Maryland Professional Licensure in Speech Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Ability to complete time-sensitive credentialing and district-specific background requirements
- Experience working with preschool through middle school-aged children is highly valued
