Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)
Our client is a quietly dominant player in the Mid-Atlantic engineering space with a decades-long track record supporting infrastructure, land development, and utility-focused projects across the region. They've built a reputation not just on technical delivery, but on how they develop their people. You'll find a team that prioritizes mentorship, internal mobility, and long-term career growth—not just filling seats on projects.
This is the kind of environment where surveyors aren't siloed—you'll have exposure across disciplines, visibility into project life cycles, and the ability to directly impact work happening across DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia. If you're looking for a place where your license actually carries weight—and your voice is heard—this is worth a conversation.
