Relationship Banker Business Specialist

Position Overview

As a Relationship Banker Business Specialist within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Glen Burnie, MD. You will be responsible for acquiring and expanding business opportunities, growing share of wallet, and delivering an exceptional client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.

• Acquire and expand share of wallet for consumer and business banking opportunities under $2MM in sales revenue.
• Generate leads and appointments inside and outside of the branch, leveraging knowledge of bank products to grow share of wallet.
• Develop ecosystem leadership as a COI, working with partners such as PNCWM, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking and Mortgage, to meet client needs.
• Elevate client experience through advanced conversation skills, tailored solutions, and timely problem resolution.
• Collaborate with branch team to identify opportunities and create referrals across consumer and business clients.
• Build client loyalty by engaging in lobby activities, educating clients on financial solutions, and applying product knowledge to solve problems.
• Manage risk by adhering to policies, demonstrating sound judgment, and participating in daily branch operations.

• Customer Focused – Knowledgeable of customer‑centric values and practices, creating customized solutions to meet their needs.
• Managing Risk – Assessing and mitigating risks to support PNC's enterprise risk management framework.

University or college degree with less than 1 year of professional experience and/or participation in a formal development program. Comparable combinations of education, certification, and experience may be considered.

Base Salary: $57,750.00 – $96,250.00. Salary may vary by location and individual qualifications. The role is incentive eligible.
