Overview

Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self‑service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATMs. Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently, building deep conversations to understand clients’ financial and life priorities and connect them to solutions that meet their goals.

Responsibilities
  • Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
  • Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs.
  • Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
  • Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
  • Drive the client experience.
  • Manage cash responsibilities.

Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of the industry, products, and solutions.
  • One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
  • Six months of cash handling experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or business‑relevant associate’s degree (e.g., business management, administration, finance).

Education & Schedule

Minimum:
High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School equivalent. Shift: 1st shift (United States). Hours per week: 40.

Pay and Benefits

Hourly pay: $25.00 – $27.88, based on experience, education, and skill set. This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible. Benefits include paid time off, resources, and support for physical, emotional, and financial well‑being.
