Cross Country Mortgage, LLC is seeking a seasoned Loan Processor to support underwriting by gathering and reviewing borrower information, credit, income and assets. The role also involves assembling complete loan packages and ensuring compliance.
You will verify documents, prepare disclosures, and coordinate with the Loan Officer, customer and Underwriter to obtain missing items. A minimum of 5 years’ residential mortgage processing and Encompass experience is required.
