• Supporting investment administration and client servicing activities
• Assisting with the ongoing management of client portfolios
• Preparing and maintaining accurate client documentation and records
• Liaising with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
• Supporting investment processes and providing high-quality administrative support

• Experience with in financial services, wealth management, investments or financial planning administration
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
• A genuine interest in investments and developing a career within wealth management
• A proactive approach with the ability to build strong relationships
