Process consumer loan applications and associated documents(NO MORTGAGES)
- Ex:
Income and - Review active loan files each day to determine if any documents are missing or what can be done to help the process along to get the file into underwriting.
- Verify debt to income ratio, confirm and verify consumer loan information against their submitted loan documents
- Communicate with clients either to request or to provide information and documentation via phone, text, email, and secure upload.
- Operates in compliance with laws and regulations and adhere to lending compliance guidelines.
Must be able to handle a pipeline of 65-100 files, at any given time.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WELL UNDER PRESSURE WITH SPECIFIC DEADlINES
