PET/CT Supervisor – Baltimore, MD
Employment Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Position Overview- Lead and/or perform advanced PET/CT imaging services in a high-quality outpatient imaging environment
- Monday–Friday schedule, 7:30AM–4:00PM
- No call. No weekends.
- GE Discovery PET/CT system
- Average patient volume: 6–7 patients per day
- Work independently while attached to a respected Baltimore Medical Center
This opportunity offers the chance to step into either a senior technologist or supervisory role within a stable imaging center environment focused on excellence, accountability, and patient-centered care.
Shift Details- Monday–Friday
- 7:30AM–4:00PM
- No call requirements
- No weekend rotation

Clinical Responsibilities:
- Perform PET/CT imaging procedures utilizing GE Discovery equipment
- Produce high-quality diagnostic images in accordance with established protocols
- Ensure proper patient preparation, safety, and comfort
- Maintain proficiency in RIS, PACS, and imaging systems
- Adhere to OSHA regulations and established safety standards
Supervisory/Leadership Responsibilities (if hired in Supervisor capacity):
- Provide feedback to the Imaging Center Manager (ICM) regarding hiring and team performance
- Monitor performance, document evaluations, and provide coaching and development
- Promote staff retention and maintain a stable, engaged team
- Set clear expectations and objectives for team members
- Delegate responsibilities appropriately and ensure follow-through
- Support operational initiatives and act on behalf of the ICM when needed
- Promote flexibility, collaboration, and cross-team support
- Demonstrate sound judgment and professionalism under pressure
- ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) certifications required
- Current BLS certification
- State license in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology (if applicable)
- Graduate of an accredited radiology program or 2-year degree
- Advanced modality certification (if available) preferred
- Prior leadership or team management experience preferred for Supervisor role
- Strong understanding of anatomy, pathology, and PET/CT imaging techniques
- Knowledge of state and federal health and safety regulations
- Proficiency with RIS, PACS, and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, initiative, and decision-making skills
