Salary: $143,000 – $158,000 annually + Bonus Opportunities

We are expanding and looking for a compassionate, bilingual Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (Spanish-speaking) who wants to grow clinically while making a meaningful impact.

- Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management across the lifespan.
- Deliver care through a hybrid model (in-office + telehealth).
- Collaborate with therapists, case managers, and leadership in a team-based environment.
- Utilize measurement-based care and evidence-based interventions.
- Educate patients and families to support long-term recovery and wellness.
- Maintain timely, high-quality clinical documentation using our EMR system.
- Participate in case conferences and interdisciplinary treatment planning.

🎓 Qualifications- Licensed (or license-eligible)
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Maryland. - Fluent in Spanish (required).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
