The Manager, Speech Language Pathology oversees the operations of the Speech Language Department within ENTAA Care, a practice pod of Johns Hopkins Regional Physicians LLC. This role manages staff across multiple locations and ensures efficient, high-quality speech language services.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise Speech Language Pathologists across multiple sites.
- Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and departmental workflow.
- Partner with leadership on staffing, equipment, and service development.
- Monitor billing, coding, authorizations, and compliance requirements.
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.
- Manage departmental supplies, budget, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Address patient concerns and support a positive patient and physician experience.
Education: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Experience: Minimum 7 years of related experience
Licensure/Certification s:
- State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Current BLS/CPR certification
Skills: Leadership, operational management, strong communication, knowledge of SLP services, billing/coding, and workflow processes.
Salary Range: Minimum 58.00/hour - Maximum 64.00/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
