Responsibilities- Respond to technical support requests (phone, email, remote, in person)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage user accounts and profiles (Active Directory)
- Set up and configure IT devices (Thin Clients, PCs, printers)
- Track and ship IT hardware for new or relocating branches
- Assist with email setup, quotas, and data retention
- Support in-house applications like Epicor Prophet 21
- Document support activity in the ticketing system
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels
- Maintain hardware inventory and self-help documentation
- Apply customer service best practices in support interactions
- Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, and remote access tools
- Basic understanding of LAN/WAN networking concepts
- Experience with Active Directory and Epicor Prophet 21, with troubleshooting ability
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
