Software Engineer Sr Advisor

Role Overview

The Software Engineer develops, maintains, and enhances complex software systems based upon documented requirements. Works individually or as part of a team. Reviews and tests software components for adherence to the design requirements and documents test results.

• Develops, maintains, and enhances complex software systems.
• Reviews and tests software components.
• Resolves software problem reports.
• Utilizes software development and software design methodologies appropriate to the development environment.

Requires 4+ years of related experience. US Citizenship Required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
• 4+ years of related experience.
• Two (2) years experience developing and customizing core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
• Four (4) years of IT application systems experience in technology solutions delivery.
• Service Now System Administrator certification OR Service Now Application Developer certification.
