Core Responsibilities- Adaptable Shift Coverage: You’ll work an assigned shift, but you must be fully open to covering other shifts or moving to a new schedule when needed. Flexibility is key in a real operations environment.

You must have some prior work experience. - Ticketing System
Skills:
You should know how to operate within a ticketing system — creating tickets, updating them, documenting actions, and following workflow steps. - Networking Knowledge: Any Cisco experience is a major plus and will help you advance faster.
- Monitor network, server, and application dashboards for alerts and anomalies.
- Perform first‑level triage using runbooks and elevate issues when needed.
- Document incidents clearly and accurately in the ticketing system.
- Support maintenance windows and scheduled downtime activities.
- Maintain situational awareness of system health, uptime, and SLAs.
This is a real progression path — not a buzzword. High performers move quickly.
Required Qualifications- 0–2 years of IT experience (help desk, NOC, or similar).
- Basic networking knowledge
- Familiarity with monitoring or ticketing tools.
- Ability to work day, evening, overnight, or rotating shifts.
- Strong interest in becoming a Systems Engineer.
- Good attitude, willingness to provide compassionate customer service
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications.
- Exposure to Windows/Linux environments.
- Experience in a 24/7 operations environment.
