Provide support for the implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Network Security Boundaries. Manage Network Security Boundary infrastructure and related processes. Deliver day‑to‑day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for network devices, firewalls, VPNs, web proxies, load balancers, and other equipment. Offer Tier 1 (basic help desk) and Tier 2 (in‑depth technical) support including identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems. Escalate issues and communicate status to agency management and internal customers.

Handle hardware problems and participate in resolution. Configure and manage network devices, install and load operating system software, troubleshoot, maintain integrity, and apply operating system enhancements to improve reliability and performance.

• Manage daily activities of configuration and operation of Information Technology Network Security Boundaries
• Provide Tier 1 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems
• Assist users in accessing and using Network Security Boundaries
• Support implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Network Security Boundaries

• TS/SCI with Agency Appropriate Polygraph
• No demonstrated experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university required; five (5) years of NSSA experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.

$75,000.00 - $ (Annually). Annual compensation figures provide a general guideline and are not a guarantee of compensation. Compensation will vary based on government contract rates, annual hours worked, education, relevant prior work experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies; certifications; and geographic location.

Itezz Inc. automatically contributes an additional 10% of each employee’s gross compensation to a company SEP IRA plan, with no employee matching required. All contributions are fully vested from day one, ensuring immediate ownership of retirement funds.
