Interclypse is seeking a Technical Support Engineer who combines problem solving with strong communication to help Sofiac customers. You will own issues end-to-end—from the initial conversation through investigation, resolution, and post-fix follow-up.
You’ll also serve as the voice of the customer to product and engineering to improve the software. You’ll work on diagnosing XML/JSON payloads, guiding customers through configurations, and building a knowledge base of common issues.
