Logistics Operations Manager – Logistics Engineering

• Manage the Logistics Information System (LIS).
• Lead and supervise a team of seven Field Service Representatives (FSRs) who provide logistics and maintenance support at on-site and off-site locations.
• Provide equipment configuration management.
• Oversee the creation of equipment catalogs and Bill-of-Materials (BOM) updates.
• Manage warehouse and unit work orders.
• Develop and manage warehouse and unit maintenance requirements.
• Oversee sustainment and procurement actions.
• Manage equipment reset actions.
• Manage equipment recovery and fielding actions.
• Provide equipment obsolescence management.
• Develop new equipment training.

• 4 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field;
• 2 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field;
• High School Diploma or equivalent and 8 years relevant progressive experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Experience with the CBRNE Response Enterprise mission.
• Experience with repair and servicing of small engine equipment.
• Experience with US&R equipment and maintenance.
• Familiarity with logistics information systems, specifically IBM Maximo.

Demonstrates expertise in managing Logistics Information Systems and leading teams in logistics and maintenance support. Proficient in equipment configuration management, warehouse operations, and compliance with CBRNE Response Enterprise standards.
