Job DescriptionThe Road to Recovery Program is recruiting for a practitioner(s) to provide weekend coverage for the Well mobile’s low threshold buprenorphine program. Practitioners will be responsible for assessing and diagnosing patients seeking buprenorphine services and responsible for prescribing buprenorphine, and other medications as indicated. Services would be provided virtually.
EducationMaster’s degree in nursing or an MD/DO from an accredited college or university.
Minimum QualificationsMaster’s degree in nursing or an MD/DO from an accredited college or university.
ExperienceExperience with addiction treatment and buprenorphine.
License or CertificationMedical or Certified Nurse Practitioner License to practice in Maryland.
Desired orPreferred Qualifications
A commitment to responsive and empathetic patient care, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and knowledge of Anne Arundel County resources.
