Nurse Practitioner- Evernorth- Arlington

Position Summary

• Provide primary care treatment in a workplace-based setting.
• Episodic care (low‑acuity urgent care).
• Extended episodic acute care, which can include 4–5 visits for an illness or injury that is limited in its chronicity.
• Chronic condition education and co‑management with outside primary care if EWC is not the PCP.
• Oversee and perform CLIA‑waived tests, dispense prescription medications, and oversee a specimen collection lab.
• Collaborate with onsite employees to provide biometric screening and health and wellness education.
• Potential for travel‑medicine recommendation and immunizations or administration of allergen immunotherapy (with proper training).
• Direct one‑on‑one health coaching to employees and refer patients into wellness programs.
• Partner with local HR/benefits team to improve employee health.
• Partner closely with, and potentially oversee, members of the health‑care team (MA, LPN, etc.).

• Graduate of a certified NP program.
• Active and unrestricted NP license required in the respective state, with ability to maintain it.
• Minimum of 2 or more years of NP experience, working independently in an internal medicine or family practice setting.
• Ability to practice independently in the respective state.
• May be asked to obtain licensure in additional states.
• DEA licensure and prescriptive authority with ability to maintain.
• Strong primary‑care experience including women’s health.
• Chronic disease management experience is preferred.
• Electronic health record experience; EPIC experience is a plus.
• BLS certification and ability to maintain current certification.
• Phlebotomy experience is a plus.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with internal and external customers and in group settings.
• Passionate about overall health and wellness and patient education.
• High energy and strong customer‑centric focus.
• Ability to work clinic hours.
• Solid attendance record.
• Strong time‑management skills.
• Additional language skills such as Spanish are a plus.
• Supervisory experience (indirect or direct) is preferred.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 106,300 – 177,100 USD per year, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
