As a licensed practical nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high‑quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our nursing team.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Glen Burnie, you will be responsible for delivering individualized care to our residents, promoting independence, and enhancing their quality of life. Your duties will include:

• Administering medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed by physicians
• Monitoring vital signs, reporting changes to nurses and physicians
• Providing wound care, ostomy care, and other treatments as needed
• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Documenting patient information accurately and thoroughly
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents and staff

• Current LPN license in the state of Maryland
• Previous experience in long‑term care or sub‑acute rehabilitation setting preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
