Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner – Easton MD

We are looking for an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing medical team at our busy offices in Easton and Chestertown, MD. This full‑time position focuses on evaluating and treating patients to restore function and improve quality of life. The role offers low hours with high impact, no on‑call or holiday coverage, and an early Friday close.

• Patient exam and evaluation including medical history, imaging, and neurological assessment.
• Apply a multimodal approach including medication, physical therapy, and bracing as appropriate.
• Interpret medical tests, explain results to patients, and document findings.
• Complete all administrative tasks promptly.
• Monitor patient compliance with treatment plans (e.g., urine drug screens).
• Adhere to company policies, quality improvement objectives, and safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
• Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with federal and state privacy laws.
• Maintain complete, timely, and legible medical records.
• Liaise with other medical professionals related to patient care.
• Stay current with medical developments and core values promotion.
• Coordinate with medical assistants, nurses, and other staff to optimize clinic functionality.
• Ensure equal treatment of all patients regardless of race, creed, sex, or national origin.
• Assist with marketing and administrative activities as needed.
• Engage in continuing education and professional society participation.
• Check work e‑mail regularly during the workday.
• Participate in required trainings and in‑services.

• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• PA‑C/NP licensed in Maryland.

• $130,000 – $140,000 annually, depending on experience.
