Responsibilities
  • Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth settings and meet patient volume goals for each modality.
  • Lead clinic staff in behaviors, actions, and attitudes; provide guidance to technologists, nurses, and front‑office specialists.
  • Perform responsibilities outlined in the SCRIBE job description.
  • Discuss and review patients’ medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications.
  • Ask situation‑specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses and guide patient care.
  • Engage with clinical leadership and elevate concerns to management to ensure strong patient care and resolve issues.
  • Complete patient charts accurately and timely; forward charts as appropriate.
  • Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as outlined by the CMO and supervising physicians.
  • Analyze and interpret patients’ histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostics to develop appropriate diagnoses.
  • Deliver excellent patient care through in‑patient and virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations, focusing on patient‑centred care, safety, cost, and reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including HIPAA.
  • Work efficiently in a fast‑paced, autonomous environment across clinic and virtual settings.
  • Maintain timely telehealth patient queues for proper follow‑up.
  • Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests; prescribe medications and educate patients on ongoing treatment.
  • Adhere to office clinical practice guidelines and attend mandatory meetings and training.
  • Complete mandatory compliance training and meet core values of teamwork, communication, empowerment, and quality of care.
  • Recommend ideas to improve patient experience and care.
  • Communicate regularly within the team to support excellent patient care.
  • Welcome new employees, facilitate introductions, and support their training.
  • Support new employee training through job shadowing, demonstration, and coaching.
  • Build and maintain credibility with all employees and patients.
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere through friendly, cordial relations.
  • Perform physical, sensory, cognitive, and environmental duties as specified.
  • Promote a respectful culture of confidentiality.
  • Consult with patients through virtual communication channels.
  • Have proven telehealth clinician experience.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.
  • PRN employees must work a minimum of 4 shifts per month; full‑time employees work 12‑hour shifts and every other weekend.
Ancillary Provider Requirements
  • Responsible for on‑call duty periodically throughout the year.
Experience Levels
  • Level 1:
    New grad with up to 1 year of experience as an FNP or PA.
  • Level 2: 1–5 years of experience as an FNP or PA.
  • Level 3: 5–10 years of experience as an FNP or PA.
  • Level 4:
    Over 10 years of experience as an FNP or PA.
Experience Requirements and Preferences
  • Education:

    Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) and/or Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies (MMS).
  • Experience:

    1–2 years as a provider in urgent care, occupational medicine, ER, trauma, or family medical practice (strongly preferred).
  • Current License and Certification:
    Active license and DEA; DOT certification required for FT and PT providers within 120 days of employment; all credentials must be maintained.
