Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility.
Monitor residents and report any changes in condition to the nursing team.
Take and record vital signs as assigned.
Maintain accurate documentation of resident care.
Ensure resident rooms and common areas remain clean, safe, and comfortable.
Work closely with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to provide outstanding resident care.
Treat every resident with dignity, respect, and compassion.
Current Maryland Geriatric Nurse Assistant (GNA) Certification required.
Previous experience as a Geriatric Nurse Assistant (GNA) in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility is preferred but not required.
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift, reposition, and transfer residents safely.
