Innovative Treatment Centers is seeking a compassionate, motivated, clinically skilledPsychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitionerfluent in English and Spanish.

This is a full-time or part-time position, with a flexible hybrid schedule that includes both in-person and telehealth services.

Schedule: 30–40 hours per week

Work Model: Hybrid—in-person and telehealth

Start Date: August 2026 or as soon as available

Compensation: $120,760–$147,680 annually, based on a 30–36-hour workweek

About the Position

The PMHNP will provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment for children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities include developing evidence-based treatment plans, monitoring clinical progress, completing risk assessments and safety planning, ordering and reviewing laboratory studies, and coordinating care with therapists, primary care providers, schools, specialists, and community agencies.

The ideal candidate is committed to providing culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and patient-centered care, particularly for Spanish-speaking patients and families.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in nursing from an accredited program
• Current PMHNP-BC certification
• Active Maryland Nurse Practitioner license or eligibility to obtain one before starting
• Active DEA registration and Maryland CDS license, or eligibility to obtain them
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and interpersonal skills

Experience treating children, adolescents, and adults is preferred. Experience in outpatient psychiatry, addiction medicine, telepsychiatry, Spravato, ADHD assessment, or interventional psychiatry is also valued.

ITC is a growing outpatient mental health and addiction medicine practice providing psychiatric medication management, psychotherapy, interventional psychiatry, addiction treatment, and innovative behavioral healthcare services. This position will be based in Glen Burnie, with opportunities to contribute to our continued expansion throughout Maryland, including Frederick.
