Multiskilled Hands-On Foreman

We are looking for an experienced Foreman / Leader to be a foundational member of our team, someone who is not just a supervisor, but a problem-solver, detail-oriented, multi-skilled craft worker who is able to mentor and shape our new entity culture.

As a Foreman/Leader at Tekton, you will be instrumental in our success. You will initially focus on leading a crew in our burgeoning data center sector, specializing in Unistrut bolting and frame installation from mobile lift platforms.
