We are seeking experienced, career‑minded HVAC Service Technicians with strong commercial HVAC experience to join our Glen Burnie, MD team. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining medium to large sized complex heating and cooling systems and associated control systems.

• Diagnose causes of breakdowns, test parts with appropriate instruments, disassemble and assemble parts, and make necessary repairs to HVAC equipment and associated components.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medium to large sized complex heating and cooling systems and associated control systems.
• Support maintenance and reliability initiatives for commercial HVAC systems.

• Work experience as an HVAC Service Technician with a specialization in troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing commercial and industrial HVAC equipment.
• Highly skilled at diagnosing, repairing, and performing maintenance on commercial HVAC systems and related controls.
• Applicable Journeyman license (preferred, but not required).
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.
