Spiniello Companies in Baltimore is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead field crews performing critical underground utility and heavy civil construction work. You will supervise daily activities, coordinate manpower, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
Working closely with the Superintendent, you will translate project plans into safe, productive daily operations, read blueprints, manage schedules, and uphold safety and quality across the job site.
