We are seeking a dependable and experienced CDL Driver / Equipment Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for safely transporting materials, operating equipment, and supporting field crews when not driving. This is a high pressure fast pace job. Loading and unloading in all weather. This is a hands‑on position—not just driving. You will be an essential part of daily operations.
This is not a slow paced position. For production and to service the crews. Pick up from warehouses and drop off to residences. Multiple teams multiple locations.
- Safely operate company vehicles (dump trucks, trucks with trailers, etc.)
- Transport materials, equipment, and tools to and from job sites
- Load and unload materials (stone, pavers, gravel, etc.)
- Operate light to heavy equipment (skid steer, mini excavator, etc.)
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Track and log mileage, fuel, and oil changes
- Ensure all DOT regulations and safety standards are followed
- Support field crews with labor tasks when needed
- Maintain clean and organized trucks and equipment
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator / Coordinadora de Suministros y Logística ENGLISH POSITION PURPOSE The CDL Driver / Yard & Logistics Technician is responsible for safely and reliably moving materials, equipment, tools, and supplies between vendors, the Moore Stone yard, and company jobsites. This is not simply a truck-driving position. This employee is an important part of Moore Stone's construction operation.
Our crews depend on this position to make sure the right materials and equipment arrive at the right location at the right time. THE MISSION Keep the crews moving. The goal is to prevent lost production time caused by missing materials, equipment, tools, or poor logistics. The Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator plans and coordinates logistics. The CDL Driver / Yard & Logistics Technician executes that plan safely, accurately, and reliably.

Confirm the order before leaving. Verify quantities. Inspect materials for obvious damage or errors. Communicate discrepancies immediately. Obtain receipts or required documentation. Never knowingly deliver the wrong material because "that's what the vendor gave me." Verify before leaving whenever reasonably possible.

Duties include:
Keep designated areas organized. Properly store returned materials. Stage materials for upcoming projects. Help load and unload trucks. Report damaged equipment. Report low inventory. Keep driving and loading areas safe. Help track materials entering and leaving the yard. Maintain basic organization of company equipment and supplies. Do not simply drop materials in the yard and leave them for someone else to organize.
Communicate immediately. Do not wait until the end of the day to report that an important delivery was not completed.
