Job Summary
The Billing Administrative Assistant supports the billing team with the day-to-day tasks of the department.
Position Description- Research and prepare reports
- Prepare and send invoices to clients
- Filing and Scanning
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Organizes workload to ensure follow-through, accuracy and timely responses
- Perform other duties as requested
- Reliable team player and self-starter
- Ability to prioritize and complete requested tasks
- Professional phone/email etiquette
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Law firm A/R experience preferred but not required
- Proficient in Excel and Office 365 applications
