Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per year

We are looking for a Project Manager / Estimator with 3 to 5 years of heavy civil experience to join our team in Glen Carbon, IL.
Responsibilities- Managing heavy civil projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Preparing accurate quantity takeoffs, bid packages, and cost estimates.
- Coordinating with field superintendents, subcontractors, and owners.
- Tracking project budgets, schedules, and change orders.
- Building and maintaining strong client and agency relationships.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction (highway, road, bridge, utility, or earthwork preferred).
- Proficiency in estimating software and project management tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
