Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per year

We are a family‑run heavy civil general contractor based in Glen Carbon, Illinois with over 50 years of experience in heavy highway, road and bridge construction, utility work, demolition, and earthwork. What started as a small excavating operation has grown into a family of companies employing over 100 full‑time skilled craftsmen and professionals across the field and office. We are looking for a Project Manager / Estimator with 3 to 5 years of heavy civil experience to join our team in Glen Carbon, IL.

• Managing heavy civil projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Preparing accurate quantity takeoffs, bid packages, and cost estimates.
• Coordinating with field superintendents, subcontractors, and owners.
• Tracking project budgets, schedules, and change orders.
• Building and maintaining strong client and agency relationships.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction (highway, road, bridge, utility, or earthwork preferred).
• Proficiency in estimating software and project management tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
