• Build trust and rapport that encourages repeat visits.
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.

• Contribute positively to team energy and collaboration.
• Participate in training, workshops, and coaching sessions.
• Accept and apply feedback to improve performance.
• Consistently meet standards for professionalism, punctuality, and preparation.

• Licensed Aesthetician (Texas) from an accredited institution.
• Strong consultation and communication skills.
• Passion for skincare education and results‑driven treatments.
• Availability for weekdays, nights, and weekends.
• Ability to follow protocols while personalizing client experience.

• 3–5 years of professional aesthetician experience.
• Experience with Dermaplaning, Microdermabrasion, Peels, and exfoliation treatments.
• Strong product knowledge.
• Experience working in a performance‑ or standards‑based environment.
