Execute a wide range of tasks to support club operations, including forklift operation, inventory management, merchandise handling, customer service, and safety compliance. Responsibilities include receiving stock, maintaining the sales floor, assisting with club pick‑up orders, and ensuring proper use of equipment and policies.

• Comply with company policies and uphold ethical standards by implementing action plans and applying them to business processes.
• Operate forklift safely for picking up, moving, placing, and positioning merchandise pallets.
• Prioritize work assignments, collaborate with managers and coworkers, identify deadlines, and communicate progress.
• Receive and organize merchandise, manage inventory flow, complete required paperwork, and maintain logs.
• Provide member service, including guiding members on self‑service technology, locating merchandise, and resolving issues.
• Maintain facility safety by conducting sweeps, following forklift safety and hazardous material procedures, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Maintain sales floor presentation, zone areas, stock, rotate merchandise, set up displays, and manage promotional items.
• Assist with club pick‑up orders, ensure proper staging, conduct accuracy audits, and collaborate with merchandising associates.
• Handle inventory, track goods, maintain in‑stock levels, control shrinkage, and report inventory practices.
• Maintain forklifts, report unsafe conditions, and inform management of maintenance needs.
• Proactively identify customers needing technical assistance, support technology services, and help resolve issues.

• 90 days of prior experience with forklift certification.
• Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
