Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position located in Sullivan, IL. Full‑time evenings (1:30p‑10:30p). Salary $28-36 per hour.

• LPN/LVN nursing degree.
• Active LPN/LVN license in the state of employment or a multi‑state license through the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact where recognized.
• At least 1 year of demonstrated experience.
• Valid driver license with insurance proof (if required by state). Staff are prohibited from driving patients.
• Clear background screening.
• Working knowledge of state Nurse Practice Acts.
• Current CPR certification with in‑person instructor‑led hands‑on skills check.
• Clear HepB and TB screening as required by state.

Work is performed in patients' homes; training may be conducted in an office setting. Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds without an assisted lifting device.
