Hospice Registered Nurse, RN.

Location:

Jacksonville, IL, USA. This position supports patients in Jacksonville and surrounding areas and offers a $10,000 first‑year success bonus for key achievements.

• Collaborate in a team‑based environment to manage and deliver patient care plans.
• Provide compassionate care to patients in Jacksonville, IL, and surrounding areas.
• Meet critical deadlines for charting and documentation.

• RN license in the state where you will work.
• Associate degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license; ability to spend approximately 20% of the day driving to/from patient locations.
• Ability to self‑manage time and schedule.
• Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software.
