Retail Associate/ Customer Service, Merchandising
Position Summary
Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting value of Company products and services, processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and meeting Membership goals.
Maintains safety of facility following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting, hazardous material handling, and reporting unsafe situations to management.
Fulfills Member fax &nob, click &nob pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning, wrapping, palletizing items, ensuring accuracy, securing items until members arrive, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.
Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifies priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicates progress and information; determines and recommends improvement opportunities; adapts to change, difficulties, and feedback.
Provides member service by acknowledging member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting Company products and services. Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards using open door policy and related action plans.

CompensationThe hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $26.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour under specific circumstances.
