About the RoleEstimated first‑year earnings range: $50,000 - $60,000 with uncapped commission and earnings. Training pay of $18.00 per hour for six weeks. This position sells pre‑need and at‑need funeral services and inventory as well as cemetery services, property, and merchandise. The Sales Counselor assists families with funeral selections and attends services. Leads are generated through walk‑ins, inbound calls, and proactive lead generation and prospecting.

Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in Business, Marketing, and/or Sales preferred.
- 1 year of sales experience preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement is provided for off‑site appointments.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook) required.
- Experience working in a CRM (lead management system preferred).
- Strong attention to detail with problem‑solving skills.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Availability to work some holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed.
