Residential Home Health and Hospice is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to support patients in Glen Carbon and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include managing and delivering patient care plans in a team-based environment. The position offers a $2,000 sign‑on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Collaborate with the hospice care team to manage and deliver patient care plans.
• Support patients in Glen Carbon, IL and surrounding areas.
• Self‑manage time and schedule, ensuring timely visits to patient locations.

• Certified Nursing Assistant certification in the state of employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of day driving to/from patient locations.
• Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software.
• Successful completion of a drug screen and background check (includes medical and recreational marijuana).
