Job Title:
Construction Admin Role at Growing Painting Subcontractor Company Located in Western Suburbs.
Location:
Western Suburbs. Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year.

With a commitment to professionalism, safety, and craftsmanship, our client specializes in high-performance coatings, facility maintenance painting, and large-scale commercial projects. Their team works with general contractors, facility managers, and property owners to deliver quality results on time and within budget.
Job Details Responsibilities- Prepare and process project billing, including AIA documentation and lien waivers
- Support project managers with contract administration and compliance tracking
- Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoice follow-ups and payment status reports
- Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure accuracy of records
- Maintain project documentation and ensure files are up to date and organized
- Assist with prequalification paperwork, insurance certificates, and vendor setup
- Provide administrative support to field and office staff as needed
- 2+ years of experience in construction administration, billing, or accounting support
- Familiarity with AIA billing, lien waivers, and construction contract terms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with construction management software is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment
