Job Details
- Prepare and process project billing, including AIA documentation and lien waivers
- Support project managers with contract administration and compliance tracking
- Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoice follow-ups and payment status reports
- Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure accuracy of records
- Maintain project documentation and ensure files are up to date and organized
- Assist with prequalification paperwork, insurance certificates, and vendor setup
- Provide administrative support to field and office staff as needed
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in construction administration, billing, or accounting support Familiarity with AIA billing, lien waivers, and construction contract terms Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with construction management software is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment
