Vista Trans Logistics Brokerage Division is currently hiring for Senior Freight Brokers to join our Brokerage Team at our Glen Ellyn, Illinois location. - Brokers with their own portable accounts can make up to 50% commission + a competitive base pay
- Full control of your clients, your book and your bottom line.

- Freight Brokers with 3+ years in 3PL Logistics with a Book of Business/Portable accounts, or the ability to onboard and previous clients/shippers in this new role.
- Ability to commute and work in Office - We offer Hybrid roles as well.
- Eagerness to grow your book further and earn what you deserve. And a drive to grow professionally.
- Strong Sales and Account Management Experience
- Experience using TMS Systems, brokering loads via DAT/Truckstop, negotiating rates and submitting RFP's.
- Someone who wants to grow with us, whether its to build your own team under you as a successful broker, or become one of our opening office managers/shareholders.
- Base Pay or Base Salary (1099 or W2)
- Commission starting at 20% and ranging up to 60% dependent on account size
