Front Desk Attendant

No Summer/Seasonal Positions Available. Hiring for year-round/fall.

Health Track Sports Wellness is seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Front Desk Associate.

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, welcoming manner, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
• Assist with member check-ins, guest sign-ins, and providing accurate information about club programs and services.
• Handle membership inquiries, sign-ups, and cancellations in line with company policies.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
• Address member concerns and questions, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and common areas.
• Support the team by monitoring the entry of members and guests and ensuring security measures are in place.
• Adhere to all proper safety and security rules and procedures.

• Demonstrate flexibility for scheduling and willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
• Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Must complete CPR, first-aid, and AED certification within 60 days of employment (training provided).

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
