Totus Lingua is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Spanish Teacher to cover a maternity leave position starting in May 2026. This is a part-time opportunity in River Forest, IL.
We provide high-quality Spanish instruction to students from Pre-K through 8th Grade and focus on creating engaging, immersive, and meaningful language-learning experiences.
Position Requirements
College,
1+ Years
work experience Job Responsibilities:
- Teach Spanish to students from Pre-K through 8th Grade.
- Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans.
- Foster a positive, supportive, and interactive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with school staff and Totus Lingua team members.
- Experience teaching Spanish to elementary or middle school students preferred.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Passion for language education.
- Professional, reliable, and dependable.
Required Language Skills:
- English - Very good
