Adjunct Faculty instructors at College of DuPage are responsible for course planning and instruction in classroom, lab, or clinical settings, courses may be conducted in various delivery modes, such as, face‑to‑face, on‑line, hybrid and/or blended formats. In addition, adjunct faculty are responsible for student evaluation, and timely and accurate submission of required paperwork related to instruction.

• Bachelor’sDegree or higher in Nuclear Medicine or a related field required.
• Alternatively can hold a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Medical/Health Physics.

• Minimumof three years post-certification nuclear medicine technology, health physics, and/or radiopharmacy experience.
• Must be a nuclear medicine technologist or radiopharmacist that is knowledgeable of current nuclear medicine technology and educational methodology.
• Strong knowledge of nuclear medicine principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively teach and engage students.
• Abilityto integrate technology and instructional methods to enhance learning outcomes.
• Preferred experience in educational leadership, student mentorship, and instructional roles.
• Current experience in nuclear medicine and PET/CT radiation biology and radiation safety.

• Must hold certification and registration in nuclear medicine technology from a national certification board; ARRT(N) or CNMT.
• Alternatively can hold certification as a board certified medical physicist.

Ability to teach remotely with technology and experience in online or virtual teaching preferred. Access to personal technology, home computer with appropriate ability to teach online required.

These positions are paid by stipends for course assignments.
