Adjunct Faculty, Respiratory Care - FA26
College of DuPage seeks adjunct faculty members to teach Respiratory Care
. Faculty are committed to facilitating student success and addressing the educational needs of a diverse, multicultural campus. The successful candidate will be dedicated to teaching in a multicultural environment and may have opportunities to teach flexible schedules, including days, evenings, and weekends.
Adjunct Faculty instructors at College of DuPage are responsible for course planning and instruction in classroom, lab, or clinical settings. Courses may be conducted in various delivery modes, including face‑to‑face, online, hybrid, and/or blended formats. Faculty also evaluate students and submit required paperwork in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications Education- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in the field or a combination of education, training, and tested experience in the respiratory field.
- Two years of full‑time Registered Respiratory Therapist experience, or teaching/mentoring within a respiratory program.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential and current Illinois license.
- Ability to teach remotely with technology and experience in online or virtual teaching.
- Access to personal technology and a home computer capable of online instruction.
Positions are paid by stipends for course assignments.
