Kindergarten Teacher

Glen Ellyn District 41 is Seeking an Full-Time Kindergarten Teacher at Lincoln Elementary

IL PEL(Professional Educator License) with an Early Childhood or Elementary Endorsement.

• Strong knowledge of elementary teaching methodology and child development
• Understanding and willingness to differentiate instruction, as needed, for multiple learning styles and ability levels
• Experience with a wide range of teaching, classroom management, and assessment strategies and the ability to apply these in the elementary classroom setting
• Willingness and ability to collaborate with classroom teachers on content area instruction and student needs
• Ability and commitment necessary to develop and continuously improve curriculum for elementary students
• Ability to communicate student progress to parents and to classroom teachers
