Senior Project Manager​/Civil Engineer - Site Development - Psomas

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary site development and public works projects from concept through construction, ensuring schedule, cost, and quality targets are met.
• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow, performing variance analysis and corrective actions.
• Prepare and review civil design deliverables using AutoCAD and Civil 3D, coordinating with engineers, architects, and contractors.
• Mentor junior staff, conduct performance reviews, and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Maintain and grow client relationships, identify business development opportunities, and contribute to proposal development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field;
  Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• 8+ years of experience managing site development or public works projects, with a proven track record of delivering on time and within budget.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client‑facing skills.
