CNA, Private Duty Nurse

Brookdale at Home is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide one‑on‑one care to seniors in our private duty agency offices located within Brookdale Senior Living communities. Positions are available on a full‑time, part‑time, or PRN basis, with same‑day interviews.

• Provide companionship and non‑medical hands‑on care, including dressing, bathing, grooming, personal care, and assistance with transfers.
• Assist residents with meals and personal care needs, and perform vital sign checks and other clinical procedures as required by community policy.
• Support activities of daily living (showers, bathroom assistance, dressing/grooming).
• Maintain accurate resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift.

• State‑tested Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or State‑Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in Ohio.
• Completion of the required State CNA/STNA training course and ongoing certification maintenance.
