We are seeking a compassionate and skilled caregiver for a 13-year-old female patient requiring GJ-tube care in Glen Ellyn IL. 60137 RN up to $42/LPN up to $33

Evening shift required

Monday to Friday 2pm to 10pm- very easy case and great family!

Weekends optional!

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Niklife Home Care Inc. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Your contributions will directly impact the lives of our clients, helping them achieve greater independence and comfort in their home environment.

• Provide direct nursing care to clients as outlined in their individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patients' health status and report any changes to the supervising Registered Nurse.
• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient care activities.
• Educate clients and their families on health management and wellness strategies.

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
• Experience in pediatric nursing or home health care preferred.
• Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and catheter care procedures.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and families.
• Ability to work independently while following established protocols and guidelines.
