** What You’ll Do
*** Serve as a primary point of contact for customers—responding quickly and professionally to inquiries
* Process and manage orders with accuracy, partnering with production and shipping teams
* Support outside sales by following up on leads and strengthening customer relationships
* Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling and proactive service
* Resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth, positive experience
* Maintain accurate customer data and activity in our CRM system###
** What You Bring
*** Experience in sales, customer service, or an inside sales role
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
* Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
* A proactive mindset with a focus on solving problems and delivering results
* Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
* Experience in manufacturing or industrial products is a plus###
