Field Sales Consultant – Solar (Top Performers $160k+)Compensation:
- Top performers: $160,000+

What You’ll Do- Self‑generate leads and set your own appointments
- Conduct in‑home solar consultations
- Educate homeowners and build long‑term customer relationships
- Manage your pipeline from first contact to installation
- Track activity and results in our CRM
- Hit monthly sales targets
- 21+ with valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable working evenings/weekends when homeowners are available
- Tech‑savvy with iPad/computer (CRM experience a plus)
- Motivated, coachable, and confident in face‑to‑face sales
- High‑earning potential with uncapped commissions
