• You have a competitive spirit (ex‑athletes, veterans, and former servers/bartenders usually crush it here).
• You have a valid driver’s license and a clean‑ish driving record.
• You are physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and navigating a roof.
• You’re a "people person" who can build rapport in 30 seconds or less.

• On‑Target Earnings: $80,000 – $150,000 (Top performers exceed this).
